We're Looking for an Instructional Designer

It's hiring time at MakeMatic and we're looking for an Instructional Designer to join the team.Our goal is to help teachers learn new skills - specifically technology - using short 2-3min videos. We develop those videos by working with smart people from tech, education, academia and the cultural sector and distilling their big ideas into bitesized chunks.Our Instructional Designers are at the very heart of that process. They help us figure out what topics to cover, they collaborate with content partners to identify learning outcomes and then work to ensure that the finished content meets those learning outcomes.The successful candidate will more than likely have a background in education (teacher, academic, lecturer) or educational media. They'll definitely have an interest in tech.
